"I would work with Sue Wolford again in a heartbeat (but hopefully I don't have to for a while). We were not having luck with a previous agent, and we got an offer accepted within a couple of weeks of working with Sue. Since we were out of state, Sue gave us virtual walk-throughs of several homes. She was careful in pointing out various things that she noticed (that we were unable to fully capture via video). She also helped up avoid certain homes based on geographical location, proximity to major roads, etc., due to us having younger kids. This was our first time buying a home and Sue always responded back to me quickly when I had questions, and she never got tired of my questions (or at least didn't show it). When we made our first offer, she spent an hour with us going over the paperwork so that it was very clear to us what we were signing. We had been using another agent prior to Sue and that other agent just sent the paperwork with little explanation. This extra time and support from Sue was greatly appreciated. "Sue Wolford is the best realtor we have ever worked with! She is very honest, and works to keep other realtors honest as well. One house we looked at said that the furnace was new, but when we looked at the actual furnace documentation on it, we saw that it was 10 years old. Sue immediately called the listing realtor to correct that statement in the write-up. When we were getting ready to close on our house, Sue tracked down some vital paperwork that was needed and worked with the lagging person to get it done on time.
